1960s
Arredamenti Livon was born in Manzano (UD) in the 1960s from a project by Cornelio Livon who, after studying design at the School of Art in Venice, founded the company to start the handcrafted mass production of furnishing accessories, distinguishing himself, right from the start, in what would become the local "Chair District."
1970s
During the 1970s, mass production of furniture for private homes continued, particularly for bedrooms in the Venetian style or with polished polyester finishes.
1980s
It was in the 1980s, with the entry of his son Nicola, that the entrepreneurial strategy was gradually renewed: the company began to specialize in the production of custom-made furniture and introduced, in juxtaposition with the wooden creations, other valuable materials such as marble and steel.
The intuition of the new business, coupled with the indispensable care of artisan labor and the socioeconomic growth of the historical period, proved so successful that it promoted the first major collaborations with architects and design firms nationwide.
1990s
In the 1990s the ascendancy of the second generation was strengthened with brother Fabrizio. The first orders destined for the foreign market, primarily France and England, began, and the company's image was consolidated in the creation of custom-made furniture for luxury residences.
2000s
The catering and hotel industry sectors become part of the company's core business: the first contract projects are initiated, which include the supply of upholstered furnishings such as beds, sofas and armchairs, and new skills in fabric and leather processing are adopted. In the wake of commercial growth, the company begins to invest in the naval furnishings sector, which attracts the interest of clients in the industry and enables it to compete for the interiors of some luxury yachts.
Today
Today Livon Furniture, now in its third family generation, changes its name and becomes Livon Bespoke to convey its vocation of custom furniture with style.
It represents the perfect synergy between Italian craftsmanship and innovative product vision, capable of conforming to the increasingly sophisticated needs of customers while at the same time maintaining its family identity.
